Non-specific back pain.

Causes of non-specific back pain.

Definition and meaning.

Most of the time it just hurts. In 80 percent of cases, the doctor diagnoses 'non-specific back pain'. This diagnosis does not mean that there is no cause for the back pain. Rather, the medical diagnosis does not allow a clear cause, since often a variety of factors influence the back pain. Because factors such as unfavorable workload, lack of exercise, emotional stress, eating habits, overload and other aspects play a role in non-specific back pain, specialist circles also speak of so-called 'bio-psycho-social' causes of pain.

Treatment and therapy of non-specific back pain.

Especially in this complex situation, the structured FPZ back therapy can be helpful, in which, if contraindications are excluded by the doctor, an analysis of the spine muscles can be carried out. A recent study by FPZ shows that patients with non-specific back pain often have muscular deficits and imbalances. If these muscular deficits, which are caused by a so-called 'deconditioning of the muscles', are eliminated, according to the study, 93 percent of the patients show a significant improvement in the symptoms after three months. * Even the areas of performance and well-being are clearly improving. We have made it our task to educate about the importance of a strong back and thus to sustainably improve the German health system.
